The Shadow of Judgement

I have talked a lot in my work about how releasing judgment has been a fundamental part of my ongoing practice. I have seen so many spiritual blessings because of this.

Today I read "to judge a person in the middle of their process is no different than picking a fruit before it's ripe" Rav Ashlag

Everyone is finding their path, every Soul is at a different stage. Let every Soul be at whatever stage they are at without it bothering you. Stop becoming entangled in people's karmic paths if no one asks you.

We are not meant to be the spiritual messenger for everyone, in fact sometimes our message may not help at all. If others are triggering you and you consider yourself more evolved then they are, I look forward to seeing you at The Temple of Shadows.

I used to be so triggered online, now I rarely get annoyed by anyone. I just see Souls doing their best and I am so grateful to be at this place. It's taken years of shadow and reconciliation work.

Also, release judgment of your own Path: for example "I wish I had done X before Y".... our Soul chose our journey in a specific order for a reason. To then judge everything we have done once our consciousness has evolved hurts us. Be grateful for your journey to date, you are now where you are and accept that with grace and love.

I could also go into a pity party and wish I had learnt X before Y, there is no point. This keeps you stuck in the past, missing the gifts of the present and lowering your consciousness.

Remember if we judge others we are asking for our records across all lifetimes to be scrutinised by the spiritual world. I am sure we have all done things in other lifetimes and this lifetime that we would love grace and forgiveness for.

We must extend that to others in order to receive it.

I recently wrote down every training I have ever done and honoured all my teachers and the version of myself that showed up to those trainings.

I honoured my part in all of it too, the wounds that got me there, my pain body that drove my behaviour, the shadows that were present in myself and the teachers hence the "resonance".

This is reconciliation at a Soul level and what we do in Soul Constellations - we become grown ups.
