The Plant Kingdom

Sharon is a key mentor and teacher in my life on all things related to plants and working with the Devas.  Sharon has an extremely comprehensive, grounded and approachable method to opening the doorway to the plant world, and what to do once you’re in there! 

Some of the most valuable lessons I have been taught have been through the guidance of Sharon and her pure channel that allows the plants to speak with truth and integrity. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of supporting Sharon Bolt Shamanic Energy Training Thetempleofshamanicmagick in her recent Plant Kingdom workshop in Melbourne. This glorious workshop has been on offer for over 10 years now and it has been incredible to witness just how many beautiful people it has touched and transformed.

The techniques that Sharon shares assist in opening up our perception as well as help to begin building new relationships with the plants. She also shares teachings that help awaken our Elemental body and connect to the Plant Kingdom in deeper ways.

We are all people of the plants - and the workshop is a really lovely reminder of this.. it was amazing witnessing this realisation land for the participants.

What struck me most throughout the workshop was the joy and sheer delight that was present throughout the entire weekend. Plants, as is well documented, lift the Spirits and this was so evident throughout our time together.

Our world is becoming more divided and seems to be getting more and more complicated, however the plants remind us of the beauty of community, simplicity and connection. The plants have so much to teach us about life. They help to awaken our ancestral memory and best of all, they bring us back to our hearts and to our roots.

Hi Sharon, I wanted to share with you the profound shifts that occurred for me at your Kingdoms of Light trainings. For months and months I had been experiencing anxiety and a huge disconnection with my heart-space. However at the Kingdoms of Light my heart experienced one of the deepest healings I’ve ever received.

My mental health vastly improved when I was gifted space away from the anxiety and pain in my heart so I could listen deeply to what was causing and triggering it. This was so empowering for my journey. I was really floored when an ongoing injury on my heart meridian immediately resolved from one of your ceremonies - it still hasn’t resurfaced!

Still pinching myself because it’s been a problem for so long. I’m truly humbled by the power of spirit and how powerful your ceremonial skills are. I cannot thank you enough for your integrity and commitment to this path.

The Plant Kingdom has taught me more than most spiritual healing courses I’ve ever done.

I have felt seen, validated, heard and supported by the plant kingdom more most humans and human therapist in my life.

My relationship with the plant kingdom is continually evolving personally and professionally. They have supported clients with breakthroughs in sessions often with bush flower essence or essential oils. 

I have found my power in being able to ground easier which has always been my “area of improvement” I have developed the ability to connect and talk to trees without even trying. Support my energy when I’m feeling vulnerable.

It has also strengthened my intuition, originally I just used to pick any plant up weather that be essential oil., flower essence and force a connection, the plant kingdom have taught me how to be patient with this process and showed how everything is connected and how my relationship with them is a mirror to how I show up to other relationships in my life.

I have learnt to be patient and conscious when choosing the decisions I make in my life  most importantly the plant kingdom has taught me how to move through life slower yet more fulfilling than ever before.

I absolutely loved Plant Kingdom with Sharon Bolt — this was my second time taking the course (my first was five years ago), and somehow it was even more powerful. The first time genuinely changed my relationship with plants, but repeating it now was next level: so much has been updated, and the depth and range of practices Sharon shares is unlike anything else I’ve found.

Before the training, my connection with plants had become a bit fuzzy and mostly looked like quickly asking permission before working with a plant on a physical level. During the course, my relationship with the plant kingdom expanded dramatically. Even a simple walk through nearby fields became a living, relational experience — I was noticing plant friends everywhere, appreciating their unique beauty, and feeling in conversation with the land in a whole new way.

One of the most profound parts of the course was the final two weeks: a daily plant communion, working with one plant each day in a variety of ways. This became my favourite plant experience I’ve ever had. I went from having a plant ally I connected with occasionally — like a friend you see a few times a year — to feeling a true, close relationship: one I can rely on, trust, and work with in an ongoing way. I now have the deepest relationship I’ve ever had with a plant spirit, after more than a decade of plant spirit work.

What I’m taking away is a true toolbox — a multitude of ways to connect with and work with plants in daily life, and in support of loved ones and clients. These practices work not only with well-known allies, but also with little-known plants and so-called “weeds.” 

Sharon’s teaching is highly knowledgeable, grounded in lived experience, and energetically impeccable. She creates real safety — the kind that comes from deep integrity and having learned the hard way — and she’s also genuinely funny, with great real-world examples that make everything land clearly.

The plant products included were beautiful and supreme quality (dried herb for tea, plant essence, plant oil, and a smudge stick) and they added so much to the depth of the communion. 

The closing ceremony — especially the sound healing — was breathtaking: a deeply profound, beautiful experience.

Plant Kingdom is a unique opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself and with the vast, generous, and beautiful kingdom of plants. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
