Permission To Transform In Silence

Not every metamorphosis needs an audience.

The caterpillar doesn’t explain the chrysalis. The Phoenix doesn’t announce the burning. Nature doesn’t ask for witnesses, it just does what it knows.

NOT EVERY METAMORPHOSIS NEEDS AN AUDIENCE:

The caterpillar doesn't announce what's happening inside the chrysalis. The Phoenix doesn't explain the burning before it rises. Nature doesn't ask for witnesses, it just does what it knows.

Yet somewhere along the way we started believing that if it isn't shared, it isn't real, that visibility is proof. That documenting the process is part of the process. It isn't always.

I WAS SITTING WITH A CLIENT RECENTLY WHO WAS GOING THROUGH ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SHIFTS OF HER LIFE:

She wanted to hold it close, keep it sacred, let it move through her without commentary. But she was being told, by well-meaning people, to share every detail with her audience. To bring people along, to be "transparent".

The pressure was becoming part of the wound.

SO I WANT TO SAY THIS CLEARLY, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE WITHOUT BROADCASTING IT:

You are allowed to let something fall apart quietly, to let something new take shape in the dark, to emerge only when you're ready, not when someone else's content calendar says it's time.

Some transformations need privacy to complete themselves.

Many eyes, many projections. The wrong kind of attention at the wrong moment can interrupt something that was never meant to be a spectacle.

I KNOW THIS BECAUSE I LIVE IT:

I rarely share my own transformational processes on social media. I don't share much about my private life at all.

Some of us are simply wired for privacy, I'm a 12th house person through and through, and in that containment is where I become most powerful. It isn't hiding, it's how the work actually moves.

YOUR SOUL KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHARING THAT HEALS AND SHARING THAT PERFORMS:

Listen to your Soul.

IF YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING BIG RIGHT NOW, TRUST THE SILENCE, TRUST THE CHRYSALIS:

Trust that what is forming in the dark is doing exactly what it needs to do.

You don't owe anyone a front row seat to your becoming.

If this resonates, I look forward to seeing you in the space.

Much love,

Sharon x
