WHAT DREW ME TO THIS WORK?
"At about five years of age I started to pray, although I didn't come from a religious family and I had no idea who or what I was praying to - I was just aware there was an unseen world I could ask for help when I was scared."
HOW THIS WORK HAS TRANSFORMED MY LIFE:
"By the time my teenage years came along I was very drawn to witchcraft and began reading the Kabbalah though I had no idea what it was or why I wanted to read it. By the time young adulthood came along I was studying a Bachelor majoring in Psychology and Studies of Religion. Still seeking to understand the Mystery and feeling the unmistakable knowing that something was missing in general western therapy. Later, with the help of Sharon, I would realise the missing parts."
DIVING DEEPER INTO THE WORK:
"Although my formal university training left me with qualifications to practice in therapy spaces, they also left me with the aforementioned knowing that something was missing and so I continued to study whatever I could around spirituality. In 2019 I found Sharon and Joseph and the White Dragon lineage. This is when I started to get a sense of the answer to the question."
"Working and training with Sharon has expanded me, humbled me, initiated me, shattered me (some things need total deconstruction so we can begin again on a solid foundation. Tower card, anyone? Ha!). Prior to Sharon's mentoring and training my spiritual practice and psychic abilities could be a bit like a flood - lacking containment and often out of my control. Sharon's trainings around boundaries and spiritual integrity have helped me to feel like I can hold spiritual encounters and experiences without feeling overwhelmed."
WHY I DO WHAT I DO?
"This kind of grounded gentleness and containment I appreciate in my own practice strongly informs my approach as a practitioner. Having worked for 11 years in a social work settings working with highly traumatized people (domestic violence, homelessness, mental health crisis spaces etc) - my practitioner approach is organically trauma-informed."
SHARING THE WORK THAT I DO:
"My aim is for sessions to be easily integrated and not something that blows a person's nervous system (which is a very popular practice in new age spirituality!). My intention is to have people leaving my spaces feeling nourished, feeling a sense of their own wholeness, feeling a sense of comfort that there are answers to the questions they're asking."
