Sharon Bolt: My Origin Story - The Path of Refinement, Embodiment & Spiritual Weaving
I’m Sharon Bolt, and I support others on their Soul Journey by guiding them to awaken their innate magick, spiritual gifts, and their capacity to hold authentic, grounded, multidimensional spaces.
I teach how to work with Spirit, how to create unique rituals and ceremonies (there’s no copy and paste in my work), and how to hold space with integrity, discipline, and reverence.
For many, this work begins with activation.
For me, the real initiation came through shadow work and refinement.
Barbie Does New Age
I began my adult life in advertising, chasing deadlines, marketing toys and fast food, while secretly searching for something my Soul wouldn’t stop whispering about.
In my 20s, I drank the New Age Kool Aid, and it tasted artificially sweet. I floated in ascension bubbles, attended every workshop possible, walked on fire, and convinced myself I was “getting somewhere.”
By weekday, I was in an agency.
By weekend, I was in psychic spaces.
Always looking for something I couldn’t name.
And then Saturn came for me.
I quit my job and joined a Taoist monastery in London, the place where my true training began. Energetics. Embodiment. Discipline. A path with lineage, structure, and integrity.
After 5 years, practicality demanded I return to advertising to fund the training I craved. My 30s were a decade of relentless study: kinesiology, EFT, chi kung, psychotherapy, NLP, nutrition, spirit work and more.
I worked 60+ hour weeks, studied and built a clinic, in an era before social media, when most people had never heard the word kinesiology.
It was devotion, not convenience.
The Plant Kingdom Calls
Eventually, Spirit found another way to reach me.
Through plants.
Through ceremony.
Through ritual.
I received one of the shamanic bundles thrown into the collective during that era. I worked with it for my own healing, not knowing I was being prepared for a future role.
During one ceremony, Spirit said: “We are sending you back to Australia.”
A few months after my 40th birthday, I left London after 13 years.
The landing was rough. I spent a year walking beaches, drinking coffee, and watching True Blood, letting my system recalibrate before seeing clients and running retreats again.
On the outside, everything looked “fine.”
But in the subtle realms?
Chaos was brewing.
No matter how trained I was, shadow and density were rushing into my space faster than I could hold them. I had become activated, but not fully refined.
I got more training, went deeper into shamanic work yet something was missing.
It Gets Dark in Here
Paranormal activity exploded.
Boundaries collapsed.
Spiritual noise overwhelmed my system.
I searched for a real clearing teacher - someone with precision, integrity, and actual power.
I spent thousands, traveled overseas, and hit wall after wall of charlatans full of fake promises.
Then Spirit led me to true teachers who killed all my unicorns with a single grenade.
It was devastating.
Humbling.
Liberating.
Two decades of training…
and I realized I had barely scratched the surface.
I quit.
For three months.
I grieved my illusions, my identity, my spiritual ego.
Then I started again, from scratch.
With humility.
With reverence.
With a willingness to rebuild my entire relationship to power and Spirit.
This has happened a few times since then...
I know exactly what it feels like when someone discovers that the tools they’ve relied on… aren’t actually equipped for the work they’re trying to hold.
That’s why I hold so much compassion for the practitioners who find me today.
The Soul Channel Opens
Solitude.
Shadow.
Silence.
And then, 25 years into my path, my Soul Channel opened.
Not as a blast of chaotic activation, but as a grounded, embodied, sovereign frequency that came only after years of refinement.
Since then, I’ve:
Written two accredited practitioner trainings - Practitioner of Magickal Arts & Practitioner of Soul Healing Arts
Developed all the “Kingdoms of Light” workshops
Created The Empress & The Dragon 3-part Inner Priestess Training
Facilitated over 500 ceremonies
Led 40+ retreats
Trained hundreds of practitioners
Apprenticed students for over a decade
Continued refining my work every single day
Every training I’ve created is rooted in lived experience, not theory, and co-created with Spirit in the deepest integrity.
The Great Mystery
I remain a student of the Great Mystery.
I walk with beginner’s mind.
I choose humility over performance.
And I teach what I’ve experienced, embodied, and refined.
I have done all the dumb things so others don’t have to.
If I hadn’t received deeper training, I might have ended up with Kundalini psychosis or serious energetic damage.
I know the risks of ungrounded activation, because I lived them.
This is why I’m here.
This is why I teach.
This is my calling:
To guide sincere hearts.
To refine awakened practitioners.
To support multidimensional beings in becoming the most grounded people in the room.
To turn activated seekers into Sacred Space Weavers who hold power with integrity, presence, and embodiment.
All my spaces include as much self-healing as Spirit work.
Because without refinement, power becomes chaos.
