This path changed me. But not in the ways I expected.

There’s so many things I wish I had known before becoming a space holder. Here’s 5 that may support your journey.

Presence vs Performance

Silence is often more sacred than words.  A LOT happens in silence.
You don’t have to say the “perfect” thing or fill up the space with “blabbering". Your energy is saying for you.  Presence holds more than language ever could.

You Hold Others No Deeper Than You’ve Held Yourself

You can’t guide someone to move through an emotion you’re afraid to feel.
You can’t hold rage, grief, shame — if you haven’t held your own.
This work begins within you.

Sacred vs Pretty

A trendy playlist, an expensive dress and someone waving a palo santo stick doesn't make a space safe.
Sacred isn’t aesthetic.  It’s energetic integrity.  It’s the ability to work with Spirits and participants simultaneously whilst adhering to Universal Laws.
This is energetic integrity.
It’s your capacity, not your candles.

Power is Not in the Downloads or Spiritual Experiences

It’s in the integration and choosing to live life differently.   It’s in taking out the garbage when you get home.  Transformation takes time.  A mentor can guide you through the never ending temptations and issues that come up.  Discernment takes time.

This Is a Devotional Path

No certificate, client count or “expert” status prepares you for what this path actually asks of you.  Holding space is an initiation that never ends.
Into who you are. Into your lineage. Into your shadows. Into how you lead.
Into what you're truly here to hold.  This is a path for spiritual warriors.

I’m teaching what I wish someone told me before I began.
No fluff. No performance. No empty promises.
Just the real, raw truth of what it means to hold sacred space — with integrity, presence and power.

Much love and infinite blessings,

Sharon x
