Ever since I do all I need to do in the morning (exercise, meditation, breakfast etc) and then check my phone when ready to work, I have noticed that its easier to prioritise my needs as I am setting the tone for the day…

Maybe it’s not an energetic block,

The Solar Eclipse,

Or “evil eye”

Maybe it’s a toxic behaviour that you may not be aware of that needs to be addressed once and for all, before you can move on to the next level of your evolution.

We love externalising our process and giving our power…

I plunged into baptisms hoping angels would fly in and I would see it

I looked for it by walking over hot coals praying for a fiery rebirth

I tried to find it by hanging from an ayahuasca vine.

Maybe another plant has it… sure, let’s try them all…

Everyone talks about coming into your power, and people tend to think this involves some kind of loud statement made like He-Man “I’VE GOT THE POWER!” or a social post stating that you are now “powerful”.  It’s actually more nuanced, we are constantly leaking power without even realising it...

After the high of a period of intense spiritual connections and “downloads”, it can feel like Spirit has abandoned you when you no longer receive regular messages.

This is when people panic…

An astral space is highly activating, it can become addictive as you flood the energy of the space with lower astral beings…

As practitioners we need to be aware and conscious of the power people give us and learn how to wield it with integrity to then hand them back their own power, but divinely transformed…

When as spirit workers we start getting great results and our clinic is booked out, we may become seduced by shadow beings and we start to think “hey, I am the best at this”. By then our ego has exploded...

I regularly hear from people on their awakening journey and the number 1 question I am asked is “Is what is happening to me normal?”….. 99.9% of the time it is!

The EGO is leaky and uncontained, the SOUL is contained and shares with love.

Energetic leakiness has its roots in trauma and we leak energy when we haven’t found our internal power and haven’t had any energetic training…
