Addiction To Spiritual Highs

If you’re addicted to spiritual highs and rocket-fuelled awakenings, I’m not your mentor.

There’s a type of person who loves the "downloads", the breakthroughs, revelations and the moments where she feels everything has changed.

She reinvents beautifully, declares it all powerfully and courageously sets off on her path… then… she resets or withdraws. Not because she is not capable, it’s because sustaining any kind of expansion and transformation requires something less glamorous than awakening. It requires maturity.

It requires staying when the adrenaline fades. It means you have to finish what you start and it asks you not to burn your life down every time you outgrow a version of yourself.

I am not here for spiritual highs. I am here for those who are done repeating cycles.

Women who can feel their own pattern of restarting, exhausted by confusing intensity with growth. Women who know they are powerful, but are ready to stabilise that power and work with consciousness.

If you want constant activation and out there experiences, there are many spaces for that. I used to run them, I have got the well worn t-shirt.

If you want to build a foundation strong enough to hold your next level without collapsing it, that’s different.

That work is quieter, confronting, less addictive yet permanent.

I work with those who are ready to grow up spiritually.

Those who are ready to be adults and embrace expansion without drama, power without chaos and momentum without self sabotage. I moved through those phases, reluctantly, imperfectly, clumsily, and now I can support others in doing the same.

If that feels steady rather than exciting, you’re likely in the right place.

If it feels boring… you’re probably still attached to the high.

And that’s okay. But when you’re ready to stop restarting your life and chasing every shiny thing and spiritual high out there, I’ll be here.
