What to do when it seems like it’s all going “wrong”

If you are having incidents that are causing annoyance and delays….

PAUSE….

Here’s how to handle it like an energetic Samurai

  • Do not give it more energy

  • Do not post about how bad your day is

  • Do not start calling people telling them how awful it all is 

  • Do not seek validation or approval 

  • Don’t assume you are being psychically attacked at the first sign of “bad” luck.  Maybe you are but do some energy management first. 

Instead, pause, take some deep breaths and do not judge what is happening.

How you first react affects you and the field significantly.

Aim to resist reacting and respond with consciousness instead via:

INTERRUPTING the pattern

  • Go for a short walk

  • Stand barefoot on the grass

  • Have a cup of tea

  • Conscious breathing 

  • Jump on the trampoline 

  • Sing/dance

  • Listening to music

Whatever feels do-able for 5-10 min.  Then start again and you will notice a difference.

If you don’t give it energy, things will start to accommodate around you. If you give it lots of energy, it will expand what is already happening, creating a bigger "illusionary" scenario then the initial one.

If it’s serious, of course speak to someone, perhaps a friend or therapist.  But for minor annoyances, stay contained. Like a training a muscle, the more you practice containment the better you are prepared for the unexpected. 

The more you do this the more you take ownership of your energy and your life.
