Spirit Work Is Not A Side Dish

The most beautiful path… is also the most dangerous when misused.

You train to become a yoga teacher.
You train to become a breathworker.
You train to hold sound journeys.

But when it comes to Spirit Work?
“Oh, I’ll just throw in a cacao ceremony... maybe call in a spirit animal at the end.”

Excuse me?

Why is Spirit - the deepest, most multidimensional work of all -treated like an add-on?

The thing that touches the Soul, the unseen, the ancestral field...

Why is it being treated like a playlist?  What makes you think you can just copy and paste?

Here’s the lie:
“Spirit work doesn’t require training - just follow your intuition.”

No. That’s an ego and a shadow-whisper designed to keep you looping in karmic mimicry.

True Spirit Work requires:
— Discipline
— Integrity
— Willpower
— Boundaries
— Energetic protection
— Real training
— Honour

You’re working with forces that span timelines, lineages, and dimensions.  This is not casual work.  It’s a Path that requires your commitment.

People say: “But I’m doing it and everything seems fine…”  Spirit is compassionate.  It will let you slide - for a while.

But misaligned spirit work doesn’t always show up where you expect.  It can affect your relationships, your health, your business, your children.  The impact is nonlinear.

Those with recent ancestral spirit work in their lineage?  They tend to walk with more reverence.  They remember what this path asks of you.  DNA has memory.

Those without it?  Often move too fast. Too recklessly.  Not because they’re wrong - but because they don’t know what they’re playing with.

I’m not here to shame.  I say this because I’ve been there.  I was young and arrogant.  Highly trained in many modalities and I thought I could wing it, until Spirit brought me to my knees.  There’s no ego left when the veil gets torn open.  There was not much left at all.

This path is sacred.  If you choose to walk it then do it cleanly.  Not from fear. From respect.  You’re not just opening a ceremony.  You’re opening portals.

Train. Protect.  Anchor. Honour.

The unseen sees everything.

Let this be a return to reverence.
If you’re walking with Spirit - do it with devotion and training.  Not just for your benefit but also for the wellbeing of your clients and participants.

Not performance.
Not ego.
Not vibes.
