Learning To Love The Ordinary.

One of the biggest shadows I see in spirit workers is avoiding the ordinary at all costs.

Ordinary life, an afternoon doing admin, a supermarket run, washing clothes on a Sunday, it just feels too uncomfortable. There isn't enough charge.

Everything has to have a spiritual current, a divine apparition, a hidden message from an alien, an activation, a kundalini shake, a sprinkling of light language. Heaven forbid you have an ordinary day where you can just be an ordinary person.

And so they reach out and book their next plant ceremony, their next channelling session (to be in the energy of someone that matches their desire for intensity), their next ecstatic dance, whatever it is, just to feel something.

Meanwhile avoiding all the feelings that are crying out to be heard underneath the spiritual noise.

The Ordinary is where the healing is.

Ordinary life is where you can rest, be nurtured, and be human.

I used to escape the ordinary. Now I can't get enough of every beautiful boring moment.

If you are still escaping the ordinary and can't have a conversation with someone without saying "spirit says" or "spirit is telling me to tell you this" or "on my way my guide showed me" follow along for more grounded teachings.

The transition may be painful, but it's one of the most beautiful you will ever do.
